我是雅思菜鸟。要考了，写了篇作文，想请各位高手看看能得多少分。字数是达标了，但语言水平不够，都是大白话写的。rn不胜感激。rnrn题：rnNowadays, we are producing more and more rubbish. Why do think this is happening? What can government do to help reduce the amount of rubbish produced?rnrn作文：rnI have seen a terrible cartoon, in which one city was surrounded by mountains of rubbish. The rubbish mountains seem to fall down and cover the city whenever. I think, the cartoon announces that the problem of rubbish in the earth is severe. What’s the reason why more and more rubbish is produced?rnrnI think, the progress of science is the important one. Certainly, technology improves our life greatly and gives people much convenience, but it brings about problems at mean time.rnrnFirstly, the population of the earth is increasing sharply, with the progress of medical treatment. Of course, the population is larger, the products are needed more, so more and more goods are produced to meet the increasing needs of people. Most of products would produce rubbish after being used up. Secondly, the packaging of products is being more and more luxurious, which will produce more garbage. rnrnAnyhow, this condition must be restricted strictly, for the rubbish has polluted our planet seriously. For example, the water polluted by a cell is as equal as the amount of one life of a person.rnrnTherefore, I think governments should take measures to help reduce the amount of rubbish produced. Initially, some policies should be legislated to prevent producing of rubbish and encourage the eco-friendly enterprises. Moreover, some of the tax revenue should be used to help develop recycling technology to reduce rubbish. 高中作文写600字能得多少分?
高中作文写600字能得20-35分。
完篇而字数不足的，正常评分之后，再扣字数不足分，每少50字扣1分，这种情况下是扣2-3分。因为字数往往跟内容详实度有关，字数不足也会影响内容分。
考生高考作文没有写完，和单词的差别很大，所以，对分数的影响会很大。每50字扣1分。如果作文意思不完整，将被扣20分左右。如果作文的意思仍然完整，也可以得到及格分。
残篇处理600字以上，根据内容和字数，赋26-35分，这种情况下扣的就比较多了。700字左右只要是结构不是特别不完整的，一般也不会定义为残篇，扣分会酌情考虑的。所以建议考生在作文时间不足时，无论如何都要收尾，保证作文整体结构的完整。
高考作文采用两级评分方法
1、基础等级40分，发展等级20分。
2、基础等级采用分项分等综合评分法，“内容”和“表达”两项各占20分，内容以“题意”和“中、心”为重点，表达以“语言”“文体”为重点。
3、发展等级(20分)采用一点评分法，即以16个评分点中最突出的一点来评分，这一点该得多少分就得多少分，有一点特别突出即可给20分。
4、字数不足，每少50字扣1分;标点符号每用错3处扣1分，扣满2分为止，错别字每出现一个扣1分，重复的不计，无标题，扣2分。
5、套作、文体不明确的适当扣分，确认为抄袭的作文，“基础等级”在第四等内评分，发展等级不给分。
