我印象中最唯美的英语短诗是爱尔兰诗人叶芝的《当你老了》，是一首经典的爱情诗。作者将他心底最浓浓的爱意融入到诗词中，通读全诗，可以感受到作者对于女主人公真挚的情谊。“如花的容颜与青春的年纪是女孩子最大的资本，世上无数人爱着你的美貌，唯有我爱你超脱凡俗的心，爱你永恒的灵魂。”

在爱情面前，时光又算什么。即便是老了，美丽的容颜已逝，回忆一生有爱，有笑，有美好的回忆，眼角泛的泪花也是温暖的吧！
